Read carefully! The picture and description are wrong. This is not a portable USB powered 2.5 inch drive. It is a large externally powered 3.5 format drive.

I'm sitting here writing this review, but where did I find the time? I finally got this drive to mount long enough to delete everything on it (I hope). But I have to move items one at a time. Too much data and it chokes, hangs, and then won't remount for long periods of time. Sadly, I didn't realize that the drive had defects until the return window had closed. I most certainly would never buy another of this model.

Also, it doesn't look like the white one in the picture. Instead it is a slightly smaller form factor than the OWC drives i bought in the past, so it doesn't comfortably fit in a stack with them. It's aluminum color and blue light make it attractive enough, but it's been nothing but trouble for me.
