writing area too small Oct 20, 2011
By Marcia L. Weiss UPC on old Mead phone book It is a #67141 with an elastic strap. The one you sent is a #67142 and the alphabetized writing area is just too small. Also, the postage was way off base.....which I would not have minded were the item usable for me.

By Shelley I expected to receive two 12/PKs of 3X4 address books for charity Christmas gift boxes I make. Imagine my surprise to receive 2 (not 24) individual books! Shoplet was fair by refunding me everything I'd paid, was sympathetic and apologetic for the "Printing error" by Amazon. They assured me that they would have Amazon correct the listing. I only placed the order because it was for multiple books! So for that reason, my very 1st experience w/your company stunk! I had to scramble to find a qty of books 2 days before Christmas!! I was a very dissatisfied customer!! To be fair though, the item DID arrive on time as promised...just not what I had ordered or was expecting.
