 Still Necessary in the Digital Age Mar 29, 2011

In an age where there's an app for everything you need (and plenty for things you don't) sometimes good old fashioned paper is still the best method. I have renters and they prefer this as do I for keeping track of payments made. You can scan and digitize your copies if you wish but a customer will always want a paper receipt, especially for a rent check.

I use these for writing rent receipts for my tenants. It does what it claims to do. I wish the cardboard piece that prevents the writing from going on other receipts was attached to the book in some way so it didn't fall out all the time, but its a small inconsequential thing.

Good receipt book for informal rentals Mar 21, 2011

I'm using this to record rental income I receive for a room in my house. My one complaint is the lack of a cardboard divider. They expect you to rip the cover off and use that, which works, but obviously leaves the pages open to spills and deterioration. Still, not a bad product for quick rent receipts and income tracking.

These receipts are small but they will get the job done. As others had mentioned there is no divider to put between the pages to prevent accidental bleed through. I used duct tape and a cereal box to make one and taped it to the back cover, it works fine.

These receipt slips were exactly what I needed and at the perfect price - cheap. I understand what folks were talking about in having to rip off the cover to have a sheet divider, but I just use another piece of cardboard. Works perfectly and it's a lot of sheets for the price.
