A more professional look and feel May 10, 2011
By D. J. Donaldson It is a simple trick, and it works. Just use heavy, glossy paper. It works on CD labels as well as it does anywhere else. They are also easier to peel off and control, and do not cost more than some other plain lighter matte finish labels. I now only use these for the hundreds of CD's I have to make only a few at a time so I cannot justify a $3,000 printing CD maker, and I use these labels to make them look professional.

If you want to impress when you share your DVD productions, use these! The glossy labels add a very professional look. Well worth the few extra dollars when presentation counts!

BUYER BEWARE Jun 26, 2011
By EDSUMO I bought this product because I was tired of using boring matte labels, and because I thought their slick surface might make them less likely to peel. Well, I haven't had any of them peel, but I'm back to using matte labels. You almost have to have a high-resolution photo quality printer to get a good image on this glossy surface. Experiment if you want, but unless you're a commercial user, this may be beyond your capability and need.
