I needed to replace in a hurry one of our coffee urns which we used exclusively for hot water for tea. I searched on amazon.com and found this stainless steel one at a very reasonable price, ordered it, and it was delivered in two days. After using aluminum urns, and one that claimed to be stainless steel but was actually aluminum inside (where it counts), all of which got badly stained inside and looked corroded after awhile, and couldn't get clean no matter what method we tried, it is a pleasure to use this urn. After two weeks of use, this urn remains clean and shiny inside. I also like the on/off switch, and like that the urn keeps re-heating the water at intervals, which keeps the water nice and hot for tea at our workshops and lectures. And although this urn is perfect for our use, and I am totally satisfied with it, I need to mention, in case it matters to you, that stainless steel urns selling at much higher prices may be of a sturdier, heavier gauge steel.
