5Does the job well at a good price  Jul 13, 2010 By Writer Steve
You can spend a lot more on a mat to stand on while you're working at a job that requires you to stand all day, but I don't see any reason to do so. This mat provides enough cushion to make a real difference vs. standing directly on the floor, but it also feels stable while you're standing on it. I don't feel as if I'm sinking into the cushion or off-balance, but my feet definitely feel better at the end of the day than they did before I started using the mat. After 1-1/2 months use, there are no visible signs of wear or permanent depressions in the cushioning; I think this will last well.

5Backsaving Mat!  Jan 07, 2010 By WingsWoman
I bought this for the kitchen in my new house that came with ceramic tile floors. Due to injury- standing for a long time on tile is very uncomfortable on my back (and feet, and knees.) I tried this mat as well as one of the $100+ gel mats, and like this mat every bit as much as the more expensive gel mat. I've even given this mat to a few friends and family members as a house warming gift- and all really like it.

5Great relief for tired, sore feet, knees and back  Mar 27, 2008 By AmazonComWoman "AmazonComWoman"
The only possible improvement I could suggest would be available colors. Works as advertised, provides cushioning and insulation from cold tile floor, and is priced WELL below the comparable "chef's mats" ... a great deal!

3Good for the Money  Feb 27, 2011 By Scot Reader
Suffering from plantar fasciitis, I ordered a number of mats which are supposed to relieve pressure from the feet. I ordered this one based on good reviews and modest price. I also purchased two expensive types - the Imprint Nantucket and the Gel Pro mats. The Air Step is definitely an improvement over a hard floor and should be considered if on a tight budget. For me, the Imprint mat was by far the best under my aching feet, but it is costly. Am keeping the Air Step and putting it under the bath mat in my bathroom where I get ready each day.

5Does the job!  Jan 24, 2010 By B. Camarata
I bought two of these floor mats for my husband to use in his wood shop. He has an older rubber type mat that he has used but these new ones make a huge difference. He said he does not feel the fatigue in his legs or back like he did when standing on the plain concrete or even the older mat. They get pretty dirty but he just power washes them off and they are good to go. I will definitely purchase these again.
