Working great! Aug 01, 2008

I bought this printer about 5 months ago and have been very pleased with the print output. The color output is excellent. I ordered additional ink refills online and have been surprised that the printer uses ink very conservatively. So far I have replaced only one of the color cartridges. At first I was skeptical since there are so many cartridges, but I haven't had to replace the black cartridge either, despite the use of gray draft printing frequently. On draft the speed is impressive! If you don't need fax capability, then this might be the printer for you. Nice product -- would buy it again.

Piece of Crap! Feb 14, 2010
By P. BENNETT This pile of junk has been the bane of my existance since I had the misfortune of buying it. This garbage clinks and clanks and grinds for minutes at a time, only to give you a blinking light and demanding that you click OK. It also spawns popups on the computer, informing you that ink is low etc. No, it doesn't actually print yet. Once you click OK (on the printer) it then returns to a long series of bumps and squeaks until it finally decides to grant you another blinking light, and yet another opportunity to click OK. This time it's a complaint about the paper, or some other silly reason not to print. There's no way around it - if it decides not to print something, there's no way to get it to print. I hate this pile of crap. BTW, the ink is fantastically expensive - it makes liquid gold seem cheap.

Good until warranty runs out Aug 30, 2009
By Targer Shopper I bought this printer and one month after the warranty ran out (13 months) it started jamming constantly. First with the duplex printing it would jam 7 out of 10 times, and now it jams even with single sided printing about 5 out of 10 times. I called HP and they said there was nothing they could do. It also prints crooked on the page. The first page always comes out good, but then the rest of the pages are crooked.

Hp C6250 - Worst printer I've ever owned. Aug 22, 2010
By Kurt Krivitz I use to love HP printers, but after buying this pile of junk I will never buy another one again. Between the long startup time, paper jams and running out of ink this printer is useless.

Terrible Sep 16, 2009
By RIL We had two in a row and they were both terrible. Problems with paper jams and paper feed. One broke after 1 year. The second broke in just under a year.
