Comfy, but bad wheels Mar 11, 2009 By R. Ott
Chair is very comfortable and for the price, great, but within the first 3 weeks, 2 of the wheels broke off, dissapointing, but when we contacted the manufacturer they sent us more. Overall I'd rate this product a 3 star.

. . . and finally found a chair suitable for those long days at the office. Durable leather seat with a comfortable mesh back and just the right amount of lumbar support make this a winner. The only drawback: would be nice to have padded arms.

I like the feel of the chair but it wasn't built for longterm use. Meaning, you can't seat in it for too long without have some kind of back issues. The chair feels comfortable at first but the longer you sit, the more you try to reposition yourself to get comfortable.

Shipping was fast and the chair is nice. However the back strap which is used for the Lumbar support came apart at the seams after 2 days. It would cost more to ship the chair back then to have it re-sewn, so I am gonna fix it myself. Quality is lacking in the sewing of the back support. But, the rest of this chair is very sturdy, the legs are very solid and heavy duty. I would recommend this chair even with the poor sewing, hopefuly it was a isolated thing on my chair. Not, gonna knock a Star off for this issue.

Bought this chair a few months ago. It's comfortable enough - but I still can't get the back to recline and the it sometimes lowers by itself. It's also become loose in the area under the seat so it rocks slightly right and left. It's not the perfect chair but its fine for now.
