1All show and no go  Aug 12, 2010 By AC "AC"
I've had a Kenneth Cole bag and the strap attached points became frayed when the bag was very new. To call customer service a joke would be an insult to jokes. One person handles all claims for bags and she won't call you back and may email you once every two days. You have to give them 5 dollars to process your claim in addition to sending it to them on your own dime. Maybe someone should tell Kenneth Cole about it. I do like him but the bags and baggage customer service need to be dumped (take your pick): A. Off a cliff B. In an oil spill C. The nearest tornado D. Monsoon during high season E. Under a working dump truck. I don't have enough money to throw away Mr.Cole. and I did that when I bought the bag from the imbeciles/shysters/con men who licensed your name.

1Disappointing  May 17, 2010 By K. Ballinger
Despite the well-known brand name of this item, I was quite disappointed with the quality. It felt cheap, and arrived with a piece broken and no paperwork/packing info in the box. Thankfully I was still able to return it. I definitely would not recommend this item.
