1Awful. Unreliable. Time-consuming. Expensive. Terrible Service.  Feb 22, 2008 By Benjamin M. Bethel "Owner/General Manager - The Clarendon Hotel"
We bought two touchstations with the intent of networking them together. It's very unreliable, you have to re-program fingerprints almost daily, it doesn't export to quickbooks as promised, and networking them together is near impossible. Tech support is a joke, they con you into a very expensive annual support plan then try to upcharge you again and again for everything. If this would just work, we'd be really happy with it - the idea is fantastic, but it's still years from being a reliable product. Save yourself the headaches and use a different time system from a different company.

4Great Product!  Dec 13, 2008 By T. Anderson
I have 3 of these in different stores. Never again have I had to spend hours manually adding up or double checking the hours on someones time card. Buddy punching is completely eliminated and if you want, you can input your schedule into it's software to prevent people from clocking in a half hour or an hour before they were scheduled for. If someone forgets to clock in, the manager can log in with their password and change it for the employee. At the end of every pay period, You print a summary report or individual time sheets showing every clock in and out and if there was a missed punch, it shows a "?" to tell you something is missing. Getting familiar with it may take a little bit, but it will be worth it in the end. Do yourself a favor and never add up time cards again!

3Its a great product would not work for few older people  Jul 24, 2010 By SunilC
I am using this for the last 3 years. Its a great product and works well for employees with normal skin. It would not work for some employees with thick, wrinkled or chapped fingers.

1Worst fingerprint scanner EVER  Aug 23, 2010 By R. Reich
This fingerprint scanner is terrible. We use it for keeping track of employee hours in our photo studio, and 90% of the times you put your finger on the scanner it doesn't even register. We've found that licking your finger and rubbing it together with your thumb to give it just a little moisture helps (I guess it senses conductivity or something) but that's not even reliable. Buy ANY other scanner instead.

1junk  Jun 09, 2010 By Bryan Eagle "fireman33"
We are currently using this product. I would not reccomend this product at all. It was great when it was working well, but 85% of the time it is down and we have to resort back to using paper again. The support that you receive with this is limited and when your support time is over it is $50.00/hr. to get more help on their product. Our ongoing issues with this have led us to purchase something else and throw that thing away. I would steer clear of this trap.
