This polish is great. It cleans and polishes the wood, and the more you buff, the more it shines. I did my own self test between this Method polish and another popular brand of "Lemon" polish. The Method cleaner did seem to repel dust better as after a couple of days the "Lemon" brand clearly had a layer of dust and the Method did not. This cleaner is safe to use around babies, animals and plants. The best thing about it is how your rooms smell afterwards. This polish has a nutty sweet smell that is very pleasing. I highly recommend this product.

I've used Orange Glo to polish my furniture for over a decade and needed more but couldn't find any at my local Target. Instead, I picked up a bottle of Method Wood for Good and am happy to say that I haven't used Orange Glo since. Not only does this product clean and shine my wood, it seems to actually repel dust where Orange Glo seemed to attract it. I find I don't need to dust as often as I used to and believe me, I'm totally neurotic about dust. Considering that Wood for Good is environmentally friendly, buying it is a win/win. Highly recommended. NOTE: The furniture will need to be buffed to a shine but it's worth it for the end result.

Can't get enough of this Oct 16, 2008
I'm thrilled to see this available on Amazon. It recently disappeared from our local store. This is a great product. It works very well - cleans things other products don't (like outdoor furniture) but is mild to the touch and smells great. My kids offer to clean if they can use it! This is the one and only household product that I rave about.

Love the fragrant almond aroma I get from using this product. We use the entire Method cleaning system in our home for cleaning because we have five small children, and it makes me feel safer knowing that Method products contain very low toxicity.
The Wood For Good product is very effective on wood. A word of caution, though. This is a wood cleaner and not a polish. If you are looking for something to shine or wax your wood, then you might want to find another product. This does a really good job at cleaning surface dust and dirt and a minimal layer of protection for wood, but leaves the surface relatively dull or unpolished after cleaning.

This is my favorite wood cleaner because it cleans the wood and leaves a nice almond scent that's just right, not too overwhelming. I always use a wood spray when I dust wood furniture because it helps to pick the dust up rather than just push it around or spread it into the air where it will end up settling again. Because I use it often I like a product that doesn't leave behind a film or build up on the furniture. This product has just enough oil in it that it does a good job of cleaning without leaving an oily feel when I'm finished, just a nice clean glow.
Two thumbs up for a great, easy to use product!
