This is the second such sign I have purchased for the business that I work for. The 'Open/Closed' letters tend to fade with time (about 3 years until it starts looking tacky), and the push-in lettering you use for the hours fall out constantly. I fixed the problem by having one of my co-workers dab a spot of glue on each letter to keep them in place. A tedious task, but after a couple of months, no letters have fallen off of the sign. I will buy another in a few years.

I dinged it one star due to this minor flaw:

1.) The white plastic characters/symbols can potentially fall out over time (especially with how you slide the open and close sign up and down) since they don't sit securely enough in the tracks.
I made the pegs "tighter" by wrapping them with one additional layer of masking tape.

Overall it is a great product and the four suction cups secure to glass very well.

This was exactly the type of sign I was searching for and the quality met my expectations. My only concern would be that the letters/numbers tend to fall out on occassion - not many only a few. However, I'm still trying to confirm whether that's the fault of the sign or my staff using too much force when switching the OPEN/CLOSE feature. Either way, I'm very happy with it.
