I purchased this TV cart to donate to my church for their use. It was easy to put together and the only tool needed is a mallet. It holds a 27 inch tv, but it definitely couldn't hold anything larger than that. I love that there is a surge protector attached to the cart so that there aren't multiple cords coming off the cart. We've found that the wheels don't fully lock down and that the cart can still be moved after locking them, but that is our only complaint. Otherwise, a great cart at a great price!
