 Saunders Recycled Aluminum Ring Binder May 20, 2011

I've destroyed countless plastic/cardboard "heavy duty" three ring binders. So when I went to get a new binder I thought I'd try and find one that would stand up to the expected punishment I was going to put it through.
On a lark, I decided to see if anyone made metal binders...and eventually narrowed my search to find this one. No more fraying plastic wrapped around cardboard, no more coming apart at the folds. I'm glad I purchased this one.

Overall very good:
after the first day i took it to school, the front and back were scratched, im already planning on painting it black
If you want to keep the silver, get clear coat spray paint and do about 2 layers to keep it from getting scratched
Also, it make no noise if you open it and drop the cover when the spine is flat on a surface.. but its VERY loud if it doesnt hit the surface almost directly flat.
I use the inside for stickers and stuff, since it has no pockets you will need a folder or clear sheet holders.
Its expensive, but i think it'll last till my Senior year, and i always get compliments like "That's sick" or "What the f*** metal?"

I bought six of these for use at my finance company. We are constantly using them on an every day basis and have been doing so for around six months now. They are working just as good as they did when I first received them. Very good product.

I am not very happy with this binder. The top bends too easily. I expected better quality for the price :(
