Works really well on glass surfaces Apr 11, 2007

I own a convertible tablet pc from gateway (C200X). Their LCD monitor is made out of glass so when I write on the laptop it always leaves finger prints. When I ordered the notebook, it came with a free cleaning cloth (they probably knew that finger prints will be a huge problem on the glass screen).
In general I really love this product. It works really well. It has a slight grip on the surface so that it can remove oils and dirt really well. After handwashing it, it takes a couple more swipes than when I didn't wash the cloth to clean the surface but still works well. One big plus is that you dont have to waste money on sprays that might possibly damage your LCD screen. You can now clean your monitors without having to use chemicals or consistently buy wipes.
I highly recommend! --> I haven't used this on a regular notebook, just my glass surface LCD notebook screen. But works like a charm.

This cloth has a "grip" to it which picks up dust nicely. While I haven't washed it yet to test its endurance, I can say that it does its job well and it's cheap. It's also a great purchase to make if you're trying to get free shipping by getting your purchase over Amazon's $25 limit. :-)

I only use microfiber cloths from now on. I no longer even use polishing sprays or dusting agents. Just the cloths.

I use this cloth to wipe down my computer screen, lcd screen and gps screen. With no chemicals and only a spray of water on the cloth, it cleans my screens real nicely. No streaks, no marks and no more dust. I compared this to other cheaper microfiber cloths and immediately noticed that the Scotch Brite cloth isn't as "plush" which is actually a good thing when it comes to having streak free screens. Even though it isn't as plush, it just feels like higher quality compared to the cheaper microfiber cloths around. I recommend this microfiber dusting cloth especially for cleaning screens.
