What can I say...Its perfect for my office, saves me time and has plenty of mailroom terminology. It keeps my personal bill looking professional. This Stamp has already saved me from having to write the same information over and over again. With the options of 'activities' completed and the date, my work life has been made better! The only negative would be the incorrect index. For example, mine has Number 1 as 'Answered' and it's actually 'Paid' on the rubber part of the stamp. All of them are incorrect from 1-11, however; it doesn't change the benefits of this item! LOVE IT!!! Suggestion: get a couple different colors of ink with it!!!

This is a nice stamp with many different options for processing various types of documents.
The only drawback is that it is not self-inking; therefore, you do have to press very hard and also ensure that the ink covers the entire surface area of your desired date/phrase.
It's a great stamp though, and as long as you're willing to buy the stamp pad separately and make sure that you're careful to press down on the entire portion of the stamp, then you're good to go.
I'm glad I bought this item, because it's a great price and it's certainly one of a kind.
