Description

Perfect for securing and protecting sensitive information. Combination lock provides security, while chrome steel reinforced corners and aluminum trim offer solid protection. High tension clip holds documents on front, and roomy internal storage compartment holds documents within. Velcro document belt inside keeps papers from moving around, and mesh organizer pockets are perfect for supplies and other belongings. A shoulder strap is included as a comfortable carrying option. The key-hole on the back enables the clipboard to be hung on the wall. The writing surface is very smooth.

Even though a tad bulky, this clipboard/ storage combo works out great for nursing students that are looking for this type of clipboard. A big benefit is that the clip board has a combination lock that helps keep important items safe, such as stethoscopes, money, cell phone, or anything else that you throw in it. It is rugged and has a perfect writing space. The clip is a strong metal and isn't flimsy like those plastic clips found on the officemate and saunder brands. The strap is a plus, making it easy to carry. You can even fit a netbook into this!

The right idea, but poorly thought out. I don't use mine as a clip Board, I store an expensive piece
of equipment in it, I would like to point out a few things I noticed. The writing side of the ClipBoard
has a hair cell finish, (a grainey texture) that's a bit soft, another thing as the "Vaultz" raised name
plate is mounted on the lower right hand side. The hanger hole on the reverse side I filled with Silicone
rubber.

As a protective case, yea,it's great, although, a brief case like handle would be nice...
It's worth givg a try, but if I was using it as a clipboard I would have returned it..

I gave this to my Wedding Coordinator as a "Thank You" gift, and I filled it would items that she may/will need throughout the event, like scissors, pens, etc. SHE LOVED IT; she also got compliments about it from the guests. She also works as a Producer and Event Coordinator, so the clipboard is soooo worth it, and useful.

Exterior gives the appearance of being decently constructed providing perception that this clipboard is meant for semi-heavy use; that's Not This Case. Upon review and light handling of parts of the interior of the case it will be discovered the interior, it use, and purpose received little thought, consideration, or testing.
The strap on the right side of the interior (opened with the clip facing up) is designed to hold more than an inch of paper with a heavy nylon strap and decent Velcro closure. When this closure is opened the straps pull away from the inside of the case where it is stitched and glued to the paperboard backing. Poor quality paperboard, poor quality glue, no riveting of the ends of the straps to the case's aluminum edging.
On the left interior case wall are net pockets providing storage for pens, business cards, and other small items with elastic straps across the top edge of these pockets for securing these items. The poor quality elastic is stretched excessively tight causing it to pull away form the paperboard backing; this without any handling of the area.
Hoped to use this with my iPad (which fits perfectly) but will not chance it being unsecured to the interior of the case.

Vaultz Clipboard Great for Truck Driver May 12, 2011 By Brandi Hersey
This was one of those things my boyfriend wanted and I of course was like are you really going to use it...Turns out it is a great gift for any truck driver out there the clipboard makes for a great place for their log book and the inside is a great storage spot for trip sheets, reciepts, Bill of Ladings, etc. We have had ours for 3 years now and 3 different truck it is still in great working order.
