Plastic is Not Durable Enough for Six Year Olds May 12, 2009
By David A. Greenbaum For the first few weeks these scissors were comfortable and cut accurately. Until last week I would have rated them a 4 or 5. Then my kids got ahold of them. They tried to cut through some thick puffy stickers. Granted, an adult probably wouldn't have tried this, but they did reveal a design flaw. The blades are attached with a metal screw screwed into plastic. When enough force is applied (say, by a six year old), the plastic breaks. I repaired them with Gorilla glue and they were OK for a few days until I tried to cut some flower stems for Mother's Day. That was too much for them.

No-handed Scissors Apr 23, 2010
By Steven N. Tice

I purchased this product as I needed left handed scissors and these scissors were advertised as such. I am very disappointed in them as they cut erratically and certainly are not useful for left handed persons as was advertised. They have found their way to the bottom of the piles on my desk and I am back to using my old cheap scissors which advertise as useful for both left handed and right handed persons yet operate poorly for both.Lefty's beware!

left handed shears Dec 08, 2009
By James W. Mcgovern I cut five t- shirts and after that they quit cutting except at the very tip. I threw them in the trash. what a waste of money. I finished the job with a pair from walmart I purchased for 5.00.

break easy sissors Sep 13, 2009
By C. Fava They are good for paper and that is about it. They are held together with a metal screw into plastic which falls apart. Lasted us < 1 year; they are not designed to last.
